Part of Johnson Machine Works mission statement is to enrich the lives of our employees. We have been a family owned business for over 100 years and we see are people as more than just employees, but family as well. We have had employees that have retired with Johnson Machine Works with over 50 years of experience with us. We that in mind we strive to create a work environment that rewards hard work and innovative thinking. A big part of how we operate can be summed up in what we call our "Values of Steel." These are more than just words on a piece of paper, but the foundation of how we operate.

It's part of everyone's number one goal every day, to not only work productively, but work safely so that we can go home to our families each night. As a result, Johnson Machine Works employee's safety record is unmatched in the industry.

Our second value in the Values of Steel is TRUST. At times the construction industry has not been seen as trustworthy. At Johnson Machine Works, we strive to break this paradigm and operate at all times with the highest moral and ethical behavior in the industry.

EXCELLENCE is the third value in the Values of Steel. As your read our mission statement our goal is to enrich the lives of our employees, customers, shareholders and community through excellence in steel fabrication. Our goal is to be one of the highest quality, most respected steel fabricators in the industry through our commitment in the quality of our workmanship and hiring the best employees in the industry.

Through EMPOWERMENT, we enable our employees to make tough decisions that help them grow in their careers through not only success, but also by their failures. It is through this empowerment that we as a company grow as well.

Lifetime LEARNING is a big part about your growth not only in your work life, but at home as well. We teach our employees new skills that help them not only at work, but at home as well. We have numerous types of on the job training, outside classes, as well as classes through our wellness program to help you with your physical, spiritual and financial needs.
